Vocal warm up plan

You should include the duration of each exercise, reasons/justifications for selection and any changes/additions you make to the plan as time goes on (this could be effectively shown using different colours).  **Feel free to add or delete activity numbers as you see fit.** Activity 1= i start by physically warming up my face by massaging my cheeks, jawline, neck and around my mouth area to get it warm and ready for singing. Activity 2= The second activity i do is the “1,2,3,4,5” song which gets me thinking about diction, articulation and moving my mouth quickly. This is a good method for warming up my vocal chords and face because it requires fast thinking and movement of mouth and notes.
